“Business Talks” Event Held at Alanya University
As part of the “Business Talks” event organized by the Department of Business Administration at Alanya University, the topic “Organizational Culture and Employee Commitment” was discussed. The guest speaker of the event was Necati Şatana, Presidential Advisor at the Alanya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ALTSO).
The event, held at the Hamdullah Emin Paşa Campus Conference Hall, focused on the impact of organizational culture on employee motivation, sense of belonging, and corporate success. Supported by real-life business examples, the presentation provided valuable insights into leadership approaches and practices aimed at increasing employee engagement.
